About Us

Building On A Decade Of Quality Care

Since 2001, Eldorado Primary Care (EPC) has been dedicated to serving the health care needs of area patients. Our two family physicians, two child psychologists, three mid-level providers, a licensed clinical social worker and our support staff provide health care and behavioral health care services to all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

EPC opened in February 2001 with two part-time family physicians and three support staff. Andrea K. Miller, M.D. joined us in 2003. We expanded in 2005 with Kimball E. Ewell, M.D., Stephanie L. Franklin, FNP-BC and their staff with a new wing added to accommodate this growth. Mary A. Ozee, NP-C-FNP joined the clinic in 2006. In 2007 we added behavioral health services to our clinic with Elana Floyd-Kennet, LCSW. We filled the need for a child psychologist with Michael L. Handwerk, Ph.D. in 2008.

In October 2011, we added our newest nurse practitioner, Amy Quinn, FNP.

The Eldorado Primary Care mission is to maintain and improve the health of the communities we serve. Collectively, we are dedicated to your – and your family’s – good health.
